5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• Clients are responsible for canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $100 cancellation fee.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

For your convenience, we offer telehealth sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. We encourage you to ensure a private space with a stable internet connection for the best experience.

9. Ending Services

Either you or we can end the therapy relationship at any time. If we believe that we can no longer meet your needs, we will work with you to find the right alternative support.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive for open communication, but if a disagreement arises, we’re committed to resolving it fairly. If needed, disputes will be handled through arbitration, in line with New York State law.
